A true franchise is one where a business model has been tried, tested
and proven to work. Thus by following the pattern and format can be
duplicated to great effect.
Traditionally one of the
biggest problems in this profession is the way driving schools add more
and more instructors to an area without consulting their franchised
ADI's.
We think our system addresses
this very favourably. You, the instructor can become an associate ADI
for some months, it's a chance to get to know us. If work picks up and
you want to 'protect' your area then a Gold franchise will mean that all
pupils in your area will come to you (unless they come as a
recommend)
Additionally, we only take on 1
ADI per year for each local test centre, which means we can normally
offer a wider area for the first year.
Finally, if between us we grow
your area, you can take on a PDI / ADI in your area and get 40% of their
franchise fees.
This is a great way to grow
your own driving school business. Always remember with us your school is
your business and we are always on hand to help you grow it.
